Looking at the state bail schedule if they nailed you for section 7145 fishing without a license it's either 250 or 675 depending on the added pentalty (whatever the heck that is). You can see the entire schedule at

As an interesting point, check out section 7121 right above 7145, unlawful sale of Abalone, 40,500!!
