First of all, a person wouldn't "dive with High Blood Pressure" if he was on meds. He would dive with normal pressure that was controlled by the medication. I've been on that medication for 6-8 years, much of my diving falls in the category that is called Tek Diving nowadays and I notice no difference. No increase in narcosis and no adverse influence on my decompression limits. My doctor has and would freely sign a release for training also.
