I usualy dive off my own boat but i sold it and now i am forced to use other means to dive.What dive operators offer the best diving and have good experienced captains that really know the right spots?Iknow the islands pretty well and i do not want to go with a captain that knows less than me or does not even dive.I went on a charter boat about 10 years ago and the captain did not even understand diving.I am trying not to sound to rude/arrogant but i want to go with the best. Thanks, other people probably want to know as well.
