Go to: NWS San Francisco Bay Area.
From there you can access 12, 18, 24 ,36, 48 hr. etc. forcasts for swell and wind. There is one page that shows you a color coded view of the entire pacific showing different rings of color that represent swell hight even up in Alaska. I also got a moving satelite picture of the clouds just like on the weather on TV!
