A relaxed atmosphere in the shop. No one wants the pushy hausfrau hanging around pestering people and interrupting intelligent conversation between people who actually dive. Keep the kiddies in the kiddie area. More dive gear than clothing inventory. Good repair dept. Real classes, not volunteer, unpaid labor masquerading as a class. A separate dive club not part of the shop so you don't mix high pressure sales with club members. Nitrox.
