I think you meant to say "smaller divers are better," if you're basing that on SAC. Even so, I've only run into one woman that could smoke me on air consumption (500psi versus 1000), and she weighed less than half of me. She could only do it in 85F water.
In a few instances, superior strength is an advantage. The rest of the time it comes down to choices made and is not gender specific.
Women dive leaders certainly are easy on the eyes, and a small portion of Dive Makai's success in Kona.
