I don't mean to be a smart-a**, but you can buy a brand new Alum. 63 tank (of course new hydro/visual) for $109 from any Sports Chalet, and it comes filled and ready to go. The $109 is the 'regular' price, probably cheaper on sale. Upon seeing your post, I got excited, as I am looking for an AL 63 for my beach dives, as they are a compact and lighter package (compared to AL80).
