Lets see, are you diving in one of the checkerboard areas thats open or closed ?
What happens if you are in a border area ?
What happens if you PASS THROUGH a notake area with legally caught fish abaord ?
Did you know there are different regs if you are diving from shore, or are diving from a boat ?
Also, different regs for fishing with a speargun, as opposed to rod and reel.
Did you shoot the fish at deeper than 20 fathoms, or shallower, again different regs.
It gets a lot worse.
I wanna follow all the rules, and I think most hunters do, but the rules are out of hand.
