From the thread below, the type of gun you need will depend on the type of game being sought. For the Blue water fish, Tuna, Yellowtail or White Sea Bass the Riffe is tops. For Halibut a heavier gun is preferred and for rockfish etc. a big accurate gun isn't needed. Pick your game then get the equipment to fit.
