Franko, i went out there on Wednesday and came back on Friday.
There was a lot of wind on the water this morning. Sanat Monica Basin buoy was 26kts as was San Clemente Island. Typical spring weather, significant clearing wind after an insignificant front. That is THE scenario that gets boaters in serious trouble this time of year.
