Many of the cast from As The BBS Turns have left this hit soap , moving to another network, they are the core of the new hit soap San Onofre Produced by Badfish productions. Chamber Night is the first time the present cast and former cast of As The BBS Turns have gotten together since the split. This reporter thinks that there is still lots of bad blood between the two factions. No one knows what will happen at The Great Chamber Night show down.
It was the start of a beautiful evening with the a golden sunset glimmering over the LB Aquarium.
They were all there Mr. Huntsfield and his gang ( Weird Al, Ken, Wayne, Glnsd, CalAbdiver, kelphead) across from them stood Mr.McKane and the DIR Gang (leemay, badfish, madcow, Josh and more ). Huntsfield’s merry band had come armed with polespears and 10 ft. Riffe spearguns. McKane’s “team” with stage bottles, bungied octo’s, and Gavin scooters.
The sea of Chamber Night revelers parted as the rival groups faced off. Everyone held there breath waiting for someone to make the first move. Somewhere way in the back of the Huntsfield’s gang came the first salvo, a double portion of egg salad launched by a pole spear band (no one know who launched that first missile, but I think it was Darkside Diver).
That first egg salad made a perfect splat all over McKane’s brand new nikes. McKane shot a chicken breast form his octo bungie ( the octo came off the left post and was on a short hose, just like the Prophet from the East) at Weird Al hitting him in the chest between one of the multiple camera’s that hang around his neck. Wayne’s family were firing in unison using the green jello squares as ammo. Leemay, Josh, madcow, and badfish had lined up there stage bottles and were firing broadsides from the rubber bands around them(the 40 cu. Ft.stage bottles were clipped off on the left side harness). From the back of the Huntsfield’s kan came the deep tang sound of the heavy artillery Huntsfield and CalAdiver were firing buttered rolls from the 9/16’ 26in bands of their Riffe islander guns. The Buttered rolls were arching up and over the whale and scoring hits on the DIR gang. It was looking bad for DIR they were being pushed back on all fronts. But suddenly from the back of the DIR lines you could hear the wurrrr of an electric motor. Kendell and JW were pushing forward with a long bed Gavin scooter. They had strapped it on top a one of the carts that the caters were using to serve food (ammo). JW and Kendell were pushing it to the front of the DIR lines. With JW working the controls and Kendell feeding mashed potato’s in the Gavin’s in takes. A wall of mashed spud’s came out of the wurrring blades of the massive Gavin. Ken tried to sound the retreat from the podium but before he could reach the bass microphone he was quickly covered from head to toe with spuds. Kevin seeing his chance at the getting the brass microphone (wanting something new to add to his collection of golden things) rushed the podium but was shot down form all sides.
Finally Karl Huggins got to the microphone and shouted “STOP” there was a pause, Karl said “ this is the one day and night that was all should band together, we are all divers, yes, we all have our differences, but we all love the ocean, and Chamber day (night) is for the best of causes.” Silence fell over the combatants, way in the back of the Huntsfield’s line Darkside Diver put down his polespear (which he was about to launch a cream pie), Riffe spearguns were put away, stage bottles were unclipped, bungies taken off, Gavin’s shut-down. There were handshakes and hugs between the combatants. They all joined hands and started to sing coombaya my friend’s coombaya. They all pledged an extra $1000 each for the chamber. And there…… just for a moment all was right with the world.

Finnote: Idea’s for this column were stolen from Kevin, Brianc, and Saturday Night Live.
