If it is a Luxfer AL80 with the 6351 alloy (and meeting the requirements below) you can get it replaced for $75 (usually $50 plus shipping)if your dive shop will send it back to Luxfer for you. They need to mention the tank failed because of the cracks and the most common failure of the above alloy was in the neck.
