It's very gratifying to see so many people respond to the Jon Hardy Chamber Challenge. It's not only a great way to honor Jon's memory and remember the fine work he did in his lifetime, but also a way to insure the financial health of our Chamber.
The Challenge is one part of the overall Chamber Day effort - which includes Chamber Day, Chamber Evening, the daytime raffle ($10,000 in prizes - and you not only don't have to present to win, but you don't even have to be diving on Chamber Day) and our favorite . . . the Flying Dutchman (a mythical dive on a mythical Chamber Day boat with it's very own special commemorative t-shirt). Last year we managed to raise juts over $82,000 for our Chamber and if we all pull together, we can do just as well (or even better) this year.
