I had to miss the last weekend of bug season too, and i ain't too happy about that. Hell, you've been there..when the workload gets just too darn crushing. I'll be heading out more starting in May tho. The seller accepted my offer on that threeplex and i can take all the time i want fixing it up. No more working on occupied units!
BTW, there's a royal urchin in there somewhere. I think its # 479 or MB07-0053. The thing doesn't even seem real! That picture was not altered in anyway!
