First, it is Sea Hare (not Sea Hair). When cruising around the bottom, they look kinda like rabbits, or hares, and that is why they are called that. Ever notice those cute little ear like growths on their heads?
Second, it is nothing like chicken. More like a cross between Spotted Owl and Black Sea Bass, but with a bit of the gaminess of a Bald eagle. And it sure beats the Pickles we made from those Sea Cucumbers!
