A few years back the surfers in Alviso reported hearing music underwater.
It turned out that some UW speakers had been put out earlier to see if sounds (nasty sounds) could be used to discourage orcas from eating otters (I didn't think they usually did anyway).
Later, after the testing, the primary sound system was turned off, but the speakers ended up receiving FM music. It was supposed to be good tunes.
At least that's what I heard.
