Is Grace Platform or any oil rigs allowing diving anymore?

I dove Grace Platform off the Conception a couple years ago, and I've been hearing conflicting reports as to if it's open after 9/11 (Colorado's a bit off the beaten track for accurate news on this topic).

Does anyone know for sure if any of the rigs, especially Grace are allowing diving anymore?
