Ken:

Thanks for your efforts.

But, please do not send these posters to P.O. boxes without a specific request to do so.

The cardboard poster cylinder you sent out is too large for a simple P.O. Box, so the Post Office places a notice in the P.O. Box, and thus requires a special trip to the Post Office to pick up the tube that you are mailed out.

Hey, the poster looks nice, Craig did a great job once again, but having to wait in line to pick up the package (not knowing what it was) was very frustrating for us. Please send the tube to a street address in the future, so we do not have to make a special trip to pick up the package (you will save the Chaber Day Committee the cost of postage by doing so).

Ken, we respect the time and effort you commit to this endeavor. Please respect our time and effort by not sending us mailings that require us to make a special trip to the Post Office to pick it up.

Our members have better things to do with their time than make a special run to the Post Office to pick up a package that could have as easily be sent to a street address.

Please continue to do all you can for the Chamber, but please help us help you by making it easier to participate. Send the posters to street address, not mail boxes (unless specifically requested to do so).

Finally, Thanks for the Flying Dutchman, so that those that want to participate but can't take the day off, can do so on the "Ghost Ship." As for the rest of the divers that will do the dives, I plan on seeing you out there!

Thanks,

-Eric-
