Tough s**t i say. The rest of us own those fish too. We have every right to have a say so in their future as the fishermen who spend their lives bringing them to market. If he want's a bigger voice in what's going on, let him and his kind speak up against the 'big, bad trawlers' and then well see a little political fratricide among the commercial fishing lobby. That'd actually be a good Machiavellian tactic to employ, should the occasion ever arise to set it in motion.
