The attitude is certainly nicer here. I enjoy it here, although I miss certain aspects of MHK and a few others. When he was being nice, he was an asset to the sport. When he gets upset, I tune him out and I suspect many others do as well. But I still respect him and his opinions. Even if I do not always take his advice, I recognize that his opinions are never arbetrary or ill intentioned.
Some of the others who have found happiness there include a few who never really contributed anything other than throwing rocks at the other divers. When I lurk there, they make it me feel like it is CB radio of the late 70s or teen age chat rooms. Hurling a poorly phrased insult seems to bring happienss to several of them. I do not miss those guys.
But I miss the fast moving discussions that we used to have. If we all had just been nicer....
