When i first looked into it, i read the complaint, then went through the webpages and I agreed with PADI's position. I found all the stuff that PADI said was there. It was PADI bashing pure and simple, I thought as I read it then. I remember that it was not all on one page. It was in many pages leaving me with an overwhelming feeling that they wanted to put PADI down.
The table you linked to above is not inflamitory at all and further contains disclaimers that if corrections are needed, they would be added. That table is not what the suit is about. If I get a chance, I will go back through the divelink pages and see if the stuff I remember is still there.
