I would like to use pictures #11, #24, #37, and #43. But I won't use them IF they're copyrighted. I've got some other pictures that have been donated by other divers that I can use instead. I don't have any problem with giving the photographer credit. I just don't want any issue to deal with once the photo shows up in a mag, that's all.
So just let me know whether it's OK to use these. If not, I have no problem using other pictures.
