Actually, it is enlightening to see just how into gear people get. I almost feel odd how little I have ever paid attention to gear, but only almost, and I think you can guess why.
Kendall blows me away, as do a lot of the other posters on the BBS's. The technical depth that these guys persue is absolutely amazing.
I don't even register any of the negative stuff.
Me, I just dive for the fun of it.
