You might want to try making your own. I scanned in a picture of my computer (from the manual) and made a table in MS Word. Now I can just copy exactly what's shown on the screen (dive#, time, depth, saturation) and have the other info I actually use without all the extra junk.
I use a cheap little Source. If you want to use it, just let me know.
