one of the admins nor editors of this BBS.
In the past persons have done the same thing about
events that were being promoted on this BBS. The
owner decided to change the rules about posting
multiple events, even when they were posted by
others not directly involved in the event itself.
That rule has been enforced in the past and, as
of this time, it has not been enforced for this
event.
That's the observation, plain and simple. It's
up to the owner and his editors to enforce the
rules, hopefully as fair and level handed as
possible.
