Take a look at the GUE website and NAUI's tech website. A good book is Doing It Right: The Fundamentals of Better Diving. Also Deeper Sport Diving by John Lipmann. Two great cave diving books are "The Art of Cave Diving" and "The Cenotes of the Riviera Maya" by Steve Gerrard.
The best source local is John Walker he has done the dives and knows his stuff.
