jonc, buy a new Atomic B1, T2. Or a Scubapro G250 Mark 25. Both have great warrenties and can be fix almost anywhere.
The Atomic can be used with Nitrox (up to 40%). And if you want a Nitrox regulator built for Nitrox Atomic has the new M1 (factory ready for O2 up to 80%.
Don't go cheap on the reg. you get what you pay for.
