Did you leave out the x-factor of time on purpose? ;-)
I don't think 32% EAN would kill someone from CNS toxicity at 140' until the divers system broke down enough to cause a blackout. This would vary from diver to diver as one size doesn't fit all in relationship to O2 tolerance from what I understand. Also you need to factor in workload, temperature and divers physical condition. Hopefully a EAN diver knows the MOD and dives accordingly.
