I believe a female caver died about 3 months ago in Ginnie from a 02 hit. Her tanks were analyzed out at 37%, and her max depth was something like 110. They were on their way out when she convulsed, her buddies blew their deco to get her to the surface but to no avail. Seemingly an undeserved 02 tox.
