I won't touch the PADI reference, I simply don't have the energy.
I would suggest talking to John Walker at Scuba Toys. If you want a technical cert, he's the one to see IMHO.
You won't believe how much better you'll feel after a dive day once you got your gases straightened out. I use air for scubbing the bottom of my boat, thats about all its good for !
