Without any doubt 100 cuft of air weighs the same in the atmosphere or compressed in any scuba tank to any pressure. As long as temperature remains constant the swing in buoyancy from 100 cuft of air is identical from full to empty. There is no need to check who is listing this incoreectly. Any difference of opinions are encouraged and welcome.
