You sound like a Bin Laden sympathizer. If your rights are violated and you are innocent then file a law suit. I support our governments effort. They are doing what needs to be done and are doing a great job. Case in point Jose Padilla using the name Abdullah Al Mujahir this morning arrested for plotting to detonate a dirty nuke in Washington, DC.
