was at russian creek, they were thick, I think the F & G are trying to raise money from the fines for the closures and the 5 new hight speed patrol boat that they bought. I have never seen so many. Be carefull they had a spot watch and were counting the 15 minutes to punch your card.they were up on the cliffs in camo with video camera too. enjoy the diving / bob
