Several times that I have been there, the gate has not been opened on time, and they get a little testy if you try to go around it.

Also, the owner occaisionally rents the lot out for parties, wedding receptions, etc., and when they do that, they ask divers to park along the outer perimeter of the lot so as not to inconvenience the paying customers.

The area is slated for massive developments, and divers should be concerned about it.

GLACD is having a Rips, Rocks, and Reefs session there in September, join us if you want to learn how to dive the site. It has a lot to offer and conditions can be very nice.
