Where did it say that the access will be preserved? I have been worried about this for some time, and I have never read anything about the access issue. Are they making it a proper coastal access with parking or are we going to park in front of the new homes?
And my biggest fear: Will the construction put silt and garbage in the water and ruin a wonderful dive site?
