You might try a AL63. Luxfer makes one. It operates at 3000 psi, is only 22 inches high, versus 26 for the AL80, and should last you a good 30-40 minutes in cold water unless you're a hoover. Luxfer also makes a short AL80 that's 8" diameter. Aluminum is cheaper to buy and maintain than steel. These are good "starter" tanks. They'll cost you between $120 and $130.

Skip the double 40's. The capacity is too low, the cost is too high for what you get and the idea of a single valve manifold, otherwise known as a "cheater bar," is beyond useless-1950's technology with no redundancy whatsoever.
