Dear PADI Member,

First, let me apologize for the delay in getting your 2002-2003
insurance applications to you. We've been working hard with our insurance
agent to secure the most comprehensive policy in the industry and I am
happy to tell you that we are presently finishing up negotiations with a
premier insurance company and expect to have applications in the mail
early the week of June 24th.

As in the past, the usual grace period will apply, so you will have at
least until July 15th to return your completed application. I would
also like to remind you that other programs do not fulfill the insurance
obligation for teaching status unless they have been approved by PADI.
At this time, no other programs have been approved.

Thank you for your consideration and patience in this matter. Please
check your mail next week for your specially marked insurance application
envelope.

Warmest regards,

John Cronin
CEO, International PADI, Inc.
