Laguna Beach, Say from Corona Del Mar to Dana Point. Why, Becuase throughout that area of our coast line is some of the best beach diving in Ca.
and in the past years you can see the dwindaling population of fish & and Lobsters from the commercial fishermen and lobster trappers, If this was a perserve in 5 years or so this would be they best shore diving on the west coast.
