Bob3, the Navy no longer does a head on head test. My understanding is that the manufacturer submits a regulator for the Navy to test(I would bet that, that regulator is not the same as the one sold at the evil empire).
The last head on head regulator test by the Navy(with regulators right out of the box) was in 1989.
You know guys, go ahead and buy this outdate poorly designed Regulator and make the Evil empire and this French company rich (the price is right, for most of you that's all that counts).
