I'm aware that the Chamber treated a diver for an embolism on Saturday, so I'm assuming this is the diver to whom you refer. Though I don't have specific info, the word "fatality" was not mentioned to me, so I'm assuming that the treatment was succesful.
I'll post more info if/when I get it and am allowed to release it.
