I might have been a bit tounge in cheek in one of the above posts, but I love to read the buddy ads in CDN every month. Some are just as I would expect with a diver saying (s)he wants a buddy for particular types of dives and they state their goals and experience levels. They just seem so normal and reasonable.
Then there are those other ones. DWM Diver wants a hot sexy mermaid to go diving and romancing with in far off places (Bahama, Hawaii, Anacapa, small inland apartment, a double bunk on the Peace, etc.) Sometimes they tell about their boat and physical appearance. If there were more of them I would set up a diver dating service! But then again most women who dive are too smart and independant to fall for typical available men divers!
Anyway I ROTFLMAO with every issue of CDN.
