Chuck,the boats in monterey can also run 2 trips a day due to the short running times.Divers up there pay almosst the same for a 1/2 day as we do for a full day of diving.We have more overhead and more competion from other dive boats.We need the hunters to make a living!Not many dive boat owners are very wealthy so the f&g is taking more away from them.Not a very healthy enviroment to live in down here.
