Generally I would agree with your suggestion that things be kept positive. And, with other dive boats where I may mostly like it but have a little nit to pick, I'd keep my mouth shut.
Problem is, I really do know three people (and know of a fourth) who have had really really bad AND dangerous experiences on Iron Eagle. Emphasis on dangerous, not just unpleasant. (But certainly ALSO unpleasant).
And, nope, not willing to be more specific here/yet. Have asked these people to think about how to best get their experiences out to the diving community, but until that's resolved, I'll just be vague.
Perhaps leave it this way: if you paid for me to go on the Iron Eagle, I would not.
