I think we should respect the hurt instructor as well. However, I don't think shutting the door on the discussion is respectful to anyone. On the contrary, it is dangerous. At the very least, I think it respects him for others to learn of his mistakes. To me it sounds as if everyone is trying to hide all the facts they know under the guise of "respect." I presume the public will never know exactly what happenedif we wait for him to speak up.
Oh well,,,,, hope he recovers.
