So, what are you wearing under your drysuit? Is it a shell or a neoprene? What makes it so fantastic and awesome?
FTR, I dive a DUI CF300 with 300g Polartech undergarments. This combination kept me sufficiently warm during some Monterey dives at 42F. Here in my backyard, in SoCal, I just wear one layer of undergarments (150g) and that's great for now around 58F.
Where have you been diving so far and where do you live in CA? Will you be diving off a beach or off a boat? Beach dives in CA require a certain set of skills that are independent of cold water.
