Wish there was. Currently there is no law that protects divers. The flag means that your vessel has underwater divers in the water. But no limits as to how far a boat has to stay away. It just says that boats SHOULD stay away. Even after the accident last year when a diver was killed because a boat ran over him the laws have not changed. It is very frustating, and dangerous.
