Eagle Ray: In regards to your original question, I've never been on the Bay Islands Aggressor, but I have been on the Palau and Kona Aggressors and they run great trips. I've also heard great things about AKR in Roatan from friends. I'm sure you will be happy with either choice as they are both top notch operations.
