Yes take care of the problem youself. Find out where they anckor, Put a tank on cut there anckor, or use a crecent wrench and unscrew the drain plug , wrist rocket works ( sling shot with ball bearings ) free shaft a arrow in the bottom of the boat ( use a bent or old shaft and shoot at the stearn bottom so the shaft will get sucked into the prop ) Or maybe just chase they down and kick some but. Just my 2 cents , I would never do anything I that. Me I am in the water.
