Ever since 9-11 the FBI has been aware of the threat of someone getting their hands on an SCR or CCR and using it to penitrate harbor security.
It is probably not as easy to learn how to properly use an SCR or CCR than it is to fly a jet into the side of a building. Hopefully, anyone trying to learn how with an SCR or CCR, in a hurry, without all the normal background in scuba diving, would stick out like a sore thumb, and hopefully someone else would notice.
That is what all of us, as scuba divers and store owners, need to be on the lookout for. Uncle Sam still needs us, more than ever now.
