Especially considering the alternative (sitting in the HOT sun, stuffing my face with corn, fried chicken, pie, etc, etc). I was thinking 'Halibut' as well... With just sand (less visual stimuli-no kelp, reef, and creatures that go along with it) it should be easier to spot them....
